She was predeceased by: her parents, August Blankschein and Florence Blankschein; her husband James Smith; and her sister Nelda Kawalec. She is survived by: her children, James, Lorraine, Jeffrey (Elizabeth), Kaela and Roberta; and her grandson Ethan. She is also survived by her children and her fur kids.
The family requests donations to the Lake County Humane Society and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
