She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip; her parents, Charles O'Hair and Margaret O'Hair; and her siblings, Patricia Kekelis and James O'Hair.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Fistek (Tony), Chris (Janet), Cindy Pavli (Jim), Mary Kay Makar (Paul), Kelly Zbiegien (Tom) and Brian (Heidi); and her grandchildren, Jackie, Mike, Will, Patrick, Kimberly, David, Elizabeth, Megan, Jamie, Paul Jr., Kaitlyn, Bridget, Emily, Andrew, Joseph, Stephen, Jacob, Anne, Holly, Sean and Jill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
