She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. McGrath and Elsie McGrath (Masek); her son Mark Thomas Balash; her siblings, Thomas McGrath (Cynthia) and Nancy McGrath; and her friend Diana Andrikanich.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Balash (Mekesha) and Kristen Balash; her grandchildren, Thomas Balash, Renee Redenshek, Cane Balash, Scott Balash and Jace Balash; her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Maki (John), Julie Bauer (Jamie), Scott McGrath (Judy), Joey Balash and Michael Balash (Tabytha); and her godson Andrew Keller.
