She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Disbro; her parents, Anthony Pasquale Battista and Jeanine Marie Sturdevant (Battista); and her stepmother Marlene Battista. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Robert Lewis of Cleveland and Joshua Ryan Lewis of Willoughby; her stepdaughter Donna Rae Disbro; her siblings, Antonia Sturtz (Dan) of Fremont, Ind and Lea Smith (Robert) of Madison; her nieces and nephews, Michelle Baker (Jonathan) of Angola, Ind, Adam Lewis (Crissy) of Coldwater, Mich, Nina Koreen of Madison and Hilary Koreen of Madison; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Phoenix, Solomon, Elise, Savanah, Iris, Ryker and Ollie.
