He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Kelly Nupp (Bob) and Keith Eubank (Mary); his grandsons, Alexander, Gavin Nupp, Colin and Dylan Eubank; his parents, Gaylord and Ora; his son Kevin; and his siblings, Jerry Cummings, Lonnie Eubank, David Eubank (Debbie), Roger Eubank (Pat), Stan (Becky), Connie Carpenter, Judy Zimmer and Nora Shields.
In lieu of flowers Family suggests contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
