It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Carlisle (Willoughby, Ohio), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clella Burdette and Garnet Hathaway; and her stepfather Paul Hathaway. She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Carlisle; her brother David Burdette (Vicki); and her niece Samantha Hutchinson (Mike). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
