He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Tigue and Rose Tigue; his sisters, Susan Maver and Elizabeth Tigue; his sister-in-law Paulette Tigue; and his nephew Billy Tigue.
He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Tigue; his daughter Elizabeth A. "Beth" Tigue-Matos (Ed Matos); his grandchildren, Mia and Fiona; his siblings, William N. Tigue and Mary Ellen Catania (Ray); and his brother-in-law Bob Maver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
During the Covid-19 pandemic he helped (and enjoyed) assisting with their virtual education.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his name are suggested to Immaculate Conception Church, 37940 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, OH 44094, or to the "City of Willoughby Fire Department," for the purchase of a new LUCAS Chest Compression Machine.
