He is survived by: his wife Katherine A. Sweeney; his stepdaughters, Dawn Rutkowski (Mark), Lori Anthony (Dave) and Lisa Fornes (Mark); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Tyler, Taylor, Carly, Emily and Evan.
