She was predeceased by: her husband John T. "Ted" Chlopecki; her parents, Harry Zaratzian and Mary Zaratzian; and her siblings, Armen Ketegian (John), Patricia Candow (Jack) and Robert Zaratzian (Alice).
She is survived by: her children, Dale J. Chlopecki (Cyndy Barnett) and Carol A. Strachan (Jeffrey Swope); her grandchildren, Dr. Kristi Sawicki (Edward Jr.), Lisa Arison (Edward), Matthew Kerkel, Nicole Chlopecki and Benjamin Strachan; and her great grandchildren, Kaiyle Sawicki, Jayne and Grace Arison. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
