She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Schwarzwalder and Edna Schwarzwalder (O'Malley); and her sister Terry Harris-Neely. She is survived by: her husband John; her daughter Shannon Harris; her stepchildren, Jennifer Weatherholt (Joe) and Brian Arndt; her granddaughters, Amanda and Rachelle Weatherholt; her great grandchildren, Alexa and Jaxon; and her siblings, Joe (Jane), Jeff Schwarzwalder and Casey Ward (Chris). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages contributions St. Jude Children's Hospital.
