He was predeceased by: his parents, Eino Mackey and Lillian Mackey; and his sister Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Martha J. Mackey (Hazzard); and his children, Terry Kotnik, Mike Morgan (Brenda), Larry Morgan, Jay Morgan, Cindi Kemmerle (Jim) and Rebecca Parks (Michael). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
