He was predeceased by: his father James N. D'Ambrosia; his grandparents, Allen F. Miller, Salvatore and Helen D'Ambrosia; and his great-grandparent Leonarda Miller.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Smorado; his daughter Anessa Fortier; his sisters, Kimberly Lione (Darren) and Jenny D'Ambrosia; his grandmother Alyce M. Miller; his niece Brooke Zona; his aunts and uncles, Jim (Joanne Miller), Cindy (Barry Sullivan), Nicholas (Beverly D'Ambrosia) and Nancy Schorpp; and his friends, Cleveland Browns and Jimmy.
