He is survived by: his godson Alex Zalar (Jason Griffith); his nieces and nephews, Jeff Cook (Dina), Jessica Cook, Travis Cook (Katelyn), Trevor Nethken (Haleigh), Sara Nethken, Troy Nethken, Eddie Cook, Angelina Swank, Colton Cook and McKenna Cook; and his aunts and uncles, Debbie Collins (Bill), Mickey Morton (Cindy) and Judy Sutton. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
