He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Smith and George Smith; his family, Lisa McGregor and Gaby Ritchie; his friends, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Moonbay, Jamaica, Switzerland, African and Jeff; his wife Phyllis Ellen Smith; his children, Linn Bowen (Geoff), Kim Lubel (Lance), Jeff Smith (Heather) and Cynthia Cata (Carlos); his grandchildren, Drew, Maggie Murphy (Linn), Grace, Caroline and Broden Bowers (Kim); his children, Grant, Madison, Lauren Smith (Jeff), Elena, Ian and Nathan Cata (Cynthia); his cousin Judy Bates (Roger); and also, Joan Orr (Parker) and Vera Luttrell.
