She was predeceased by: her husband James; her children, Michael and Thomas; and her sibling Mariellen Radigan (Robert). She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Chapman, Karen Mills (Dean), Ann Savage (James), James Jr. (Allison) and Donna Baumiller (Duane); and her brother James Kincade (Louise).

Contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project would be appreciated.
