He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna and Frederick; and his brothers, Robert (Rose) and David. He is survived by: his sister Louise Mayer (late Larry); and his nieces and nephews, Sue, Dan, Tim, Mary Beth Mayer, Robert, Kurt and Deborah Heyer.

Due to the pandemic, all services will be private.
