He was predeceased by: his father Vincent Stossel; and his aunts and uncles, Dan Stossel, Jack Stossel, Wilbert Hoff, Ted Shutok, Dolores Chunkala, Betty Mitchell and Pat Carlson.

He is survived by: his mother Ruth Stossel; his wife Amy Strauss; his children, Chloe and Zachary; his siblings, Greg Stossel and Jennifer Leber (Mike); his brother-in-law Andy Strauss (Shannon); his niece Kenadee Strauss; and his nephews, Ethan Strauss and Ryan Leber. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
