He was predeceased by: his wife Bernadine Clark; his parents, Raymond Clark and Helen Clark; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie C. Smith (Terry) and Lisa C. Clark; his grandchildren, Terry Smith, Lisa Shaw and Terra Smith; his great grandchild Darrell Miller; and his siblings, Teresa Hays (John) and Raymond Clark. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
