She was predeceased by: her husband William Forgus; and her parents, Earl West and Cecelia West (Bopp). She is survived by: her children, Judy Corcoran (Joe), Patrick Forgus (Joleen), Edward Forgus, Richard Forgus (Jean) and Loretta Forgus; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, Jeremiah, Joseph, Mac, Brady and Marieann. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
