He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Bak and Anne Bak (Heron). He is survived by: his wife Wendy Bak (Haverstraw); his sons, Patrick and Daniel Bak; his brother Gordon Bak (Goranka); and his nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Melissa, Lauren, Ryan, Emily, Kirsten, Alexa, Nathaniel, Samantha, Nicholas, Kevin, Alyssa, Victoria and Joseph.
