With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David L. Bortnick (Willoughby, Ohio), born in Conneautville, Pennsylvania. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his son David Jr.; his parents, Peter, Sr. and Mary; and his brothers, Larry (late Helen) and Bill (Cindy).

He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Karen), Gregory (Kimberly), Steven (Denise) and Timothy; his grandchildren, Beau, Tyler, Shelby Clapacs (Stephen), Alec, Mia Fisher (Jordan), Sophia and Marco Sonny; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Colson, Jude, Knox and Remy Lee; and his siblings, Pete, Jr. (Liz), Jim (late Marie), Don (Judy), Alice Barbee (Bob) and Doreen Nelson (Russ).
