He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kenney and Hazel Collins (Sherman); and his brother Jim Collins. He is survived by: his sister Molly Whinnery; his nieces and nephews, Jason Whinnery (Angie), Colin Whinnery (Anna), Kenny Collins (Jane), Diane Sicurezza (Louie) and Kimberly Cleary (Dan); and his close friend Shirley J. Collins.
