With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clifford Larry Carter (Willoughby, Ohio), who passed away on February 8, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Carter; his daughter Norma Lee; and his son-in-law Richard Belohlavek. He is survived by: his son Clifford "Bubba" Carter; his grandchildren, Bradley J. Belohlavek and Renee M. Belohlavek; and his siblings, Ralph Carter (Mary), Bruce Carter (Cathy), Janet Fisher (Tracy) and Ronnie Carter (Katie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
