He is survived by: his children, Joyce A. Veneri (Anthony) of Mentor, Lori L. Ciavarelli (Matthew) of Kirtland, Chuck S. Kortovich III (Erin) of Willoughby and James W. Kortovich (Melissa) of Austin, Texas; his grandchildren, Taylor, Anthony, Joseph, Elle, Quinn, James, Charlie IV, Brian and Kevin; and his brother James Kortovich.
