She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Thomas Caldwell and Virgie Ann Caldwell (Ratliff); her spouse Sgt. Major Ronald O'Neal; and her siblings, Ricky Caldwell, Tommy Caldwell, Archie Caldwell, Bobby Caldwell (Linda) of Darrell Caldwell, J. C., Donna Faye Caldwell, Jackie Gilbert, Gerri Horton, Bonnie Moore, Carol Stewart and Mary Staggs.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald O'Neal Jr., Shane O'Neal and Debbie Rice; her grandson Joshua O'Neal; her siblings, Margie Hoosier (Bill) and Kenny Caldwell (Lisa); and her friend Glenn Auger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, countless great-nieces and great-nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
