With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ward Legris of Willoughby, Ohio, who passed away on January 9, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Ward and Louise K. Ward. She is survived by: her children, April Gornik (Eric Fischl), Gregory Gornik and William J. Gornik; her stepchildren, Charles (Sue), Gregory (Cynthia), Mary (Geoff Sirc), Peter (Katharina), Legris and Ernest W. Legris; and her brothers, Roger and Mike Ward.

In lieu of flowers, her family suggests donations to Catholic Charities online.
