He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton M. Veil and Leola Veil; his brother Robert Veil; and his grandson-in-law Jon Downey. He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbi" Veil; his children, Rick Veil and Michele Lindeman (Vince); his grandchildren, Erick Veil, Vanessa Downey and Victoria Lindeman; his great grandchildren, Savannah and Austin Downey; and his nephews, Jeffrey and James Veil.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the The Abbey of Willoughby (38011 Euclid Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094).
