He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl Koch (Daniel) of Mentor and Christina Kane of Houston, Texas; his brother-in-law Greg Clark; his nieces and nephews, Anthony Koch (Ashley) and Allison Koch; his great-nephew Matthew; and his great-nieces, Olivia and Emma.
