He was predeceased by: his parents, Tellys LeQuyea and Ruth LeQuyea; his sisters, Diane Whited and Donna Gash; and his brother-in-law William Sajovic (Carolyn).
He is survived by: his wife Mary LeQuyea; his children, Pat LeQuyea, Michael LeQuyea (Maryrose), Terri McBennett (Dan) and Ann Marie Raddell (Nick); his grandchildren, Justin, Luke, Ella, James Daniel (J. D.), Emily, Noah and Elizabeth (Liza); his siblings, Dennis LeQuyea (June) and Lorna LeQuyea; and his brothers-in-law, Rudy Sajovic (Linda) and Robert Sajovic (Rose Helt).
