He was predeceased by: his father Willie James Brown; his brother Willie James Brown, Jr. of Ohio; and his grandparents, Ruthie Bell Green, Henry Ben Diggs, Katie and Thomas Brown.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia Diggs Brown of Willoughby; his brother-in-law Chief Shayne Wagner; his aunts, Betty Brown Wooten of Connecticut, Sylvia Diggs Ruffin of Alabama and Stephanie Diggs Lee of Florida; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher Anthony Motz-Wagner (Amber), Chayse Alexander Wagner, Carson Andrew Wagner, Alaina Brown Roberts, Tyla Brown, Tiaunna Brown, Toi Brown, Virginia U. S. Navy and Rajae Little. He is also survived by cousins, two great nephews and on great niece.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to the circumstances of Covid-19.
