He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Howard J. Leininger. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Niccole Leininger, Anthony Joseph Leininger and Noah James Leininger; his mother Pamela Leininger; his sister Jodi Leininger; and his uncle Dr. J. Thomas Leininger (Charlene). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
