He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Webber and Olive Webber; and his sister Mary Potosky. He is survived by: his sibling Francis Webber (Carol) of The Villages, Fla.; his brother-in-law Mike Potosky Jr. of Kirtland; and his nieces and nephews, Frank Webber III (Dawn), Christopher Webber (Bobbi Jo), Kimberly Webber, Mike Potosky III (Brenda), Margie Gesell (David), Mark Potosky (Jeanette) and Maureen Thorne.
