He was predeceased by: his parents, Zoltan and Silvia. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Sara Czukal McBride (Wesley) and Lauren Czukal (William Johenning); his siblings, Ilona Bellomo (late Felice), Sabrina Kray (Matthew) and Theodore (Daria); and his pet Cannoli.

Contributions can be made in his honor to either the American Lung Association or to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
