She is survived by: her husband Dr. Archie A MacKinney Jr. Shirley; her children, Julie Holt (Melvin), Ted MacKinney (Rachel) and John MacKinney (Julie); her grandchildren, Catherine, Carolyn (Alex), Erin (Evan), Ben, Joel (Monika) and Seth (Ansley); her great grandchildren, Nora and Evie; and her brothers, Mel Schaefer (Jeanette) and Dale Schaefer (late Arlene).
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092). Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
