She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Dalessio and Sara Dalessio; her siblings, Caroline Trostle, Francis Dalessio, Joseph Dalessio, Thomas Dalessio, Lena Rocco, Delores Perry, Gloria Bernakis, Nick Dalessio, Frank Dalessio, Saralou Steve and Annabelle Dalessio; and her close friend Chuck Flynn.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Horn (Eugene); her grandsons, Brian Horn (Jennifer), Jeff Horn (Kimberly Rittenberry) and Doug Horn (Joy); her great grandchildren, Paige (Ron Blair), Shelbey, Owen, Chase and Zachary Horn (Tabitha Fox); her great great grandchildren, Kade, Brooks and Stetson; and her siblings, Sam Dalessio and Joan Bojec (John).
