He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Randie; his children, Jessica Turner and Christine Turner; his parents, Monroe J. Turner Jr. and Carol; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Bonnie Skinner; his siblings, Ray (Vicki), Mike and Scott (Tami); his siblings-in-law, Keith (Anne), Scott (Kim) and Greg (Olga); and his nieces and nephews, Madeline and Jonathan Turner. He was also cherished by many other nieces and nephews.
