He was predeceased by: his spouse Eleanor; his child Mariellen Lombardo; and his sibling Lou Lombardo. He is survived by: his child Michele Angelucci (Jim); his siblings, Nick and Anna Mazzacco; and his son Joey Shultz. He is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.
