She is survived by: her children, George D., Carol, James (Becky), Richard (Debbie) and Barbara Perusek (Thomas); her grandchildren, Amy O'Neal (Patrick), William, Daniel, Richard, Jacqueline Metz (Connor Holmes), Emily, Megan and Brian Perusek; and her great grandchildren, Jack and Ian.
