It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lawrence Patrick O'Malley (Willoughby Hills, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick J. O'Malley and Ruth O'Malley; and his siblings-in-law, Louis Dylag, Sue Misciasci and Patricia Czarny (Jeff).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy O'Malley; his grandchildren, Shannon, Connor O'Malley, Elliott, Mia and Lucas Helgeson; his sisters, Maureen Weigand (late Richard), Ruthanne Kennedy (Donald), Peggy O'Malley (Tom Murray), Patricia Bunce (Richard) and Mary Kay O'Malley; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara, Frank, Peter, Frances Misciasci, Amelia and Michael Misciasci-Gongwer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeJohn Flynn Mylott Funeral Home - Willoughby Hills (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092). A Mass will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (6850 Mayfield Rd, Gates Mills, OH 44040). A burial will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the All Souls Cemetery (10366 Chardon Rd, Chardon, OH 44024).
