He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul and Gladys. He is survived by: his spouse Jan; his daughter Anna Gabbey (Owen); his sister Sharon Mills (Dale); his parents-in-law, Bill and Dottie Barbis; his sibling-in-law Patrice Barbis; his nieces and nephews, Jessie, Rob Wagner, Brian, Amy Mills, Megan, Matt Fastzkie, Katelyn, Chris Coan, Jay and Erika Barbis; and his pet Tucker.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeJohn Flynn Mylott Funeral Home - Willoughby Hills (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092). A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Divine Word Catholic Church (8100 Eagle Rd, Willoughby, OH 44094). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the All Souls Cemetery (10366 Chardon Rd, Chardon, OH 44024).
