He is survived by: his wife Marla Mary; his sons, Jim, Jr. (late Bridget), Jay (Janine) and Rob Van Gorder; his stepson Ken Uram (Barbie); his daughters, Leslie Dick (Bob) and Lisa Wilson (Rick); and his sister Joyce White (John).
