He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Hebebrand; and his brother Ernie Hebebrand. He is survived by: his significant other Ronald J. Malinowski II; his mother Lillian Hebebrand; his siblings, Barbara Fonseca (Jim), Deborah Osbourne (Danny) and Thomas Hebebrand (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Rosie Brandt (Scott), Jason Meadwell (Melissa), Robert Meadwell (Melissa), Jennifer Urbassik (Jeremy) and Jeremy Hebebrand (Jennifer); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaitlyn, Sarah, Ryan, Kyle, Jason, Tyler, Emily, Robbie, Kelsey, Matthew, Jayden and Brooke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's name to Hillcrest Cancer Center, 6780 Mayfield Rd, Mayfield Hts., OH 44124. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
