She was predeceased by: her spouse Janez; and her parents, Franc Urbancic and Marija Urbancic. She is survived by: her children, Apolonia Zakelj (late Joe), John (Mimi), Nicholas (Lisa), Ann Stipkovich (Mark), Anthony (Rita), Benjamin (Mindy), Cecilia Smith (Scott) and Joseph; and her sister Rezka Prapotnik.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zevnik-Cosic Funeral Home of Willoughby Hills (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092). A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Vitus Church (6019 Lausche Ave, Cleveland, OH 44103). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the All Souls Cemetery (10366 Chardon Rd, Chardon, OH 44024).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Ivana to St. Vitus Catholic Church or the St. Vitus Parish Hall and Learning Center, 6019 Lausche Ave, Cleveland, OH 44103.
