Collins (Willoughby Hills, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack"; her son Joseph; her grandson Paul Collins; her parents, Blaise "Joe" Iacofano and Dorathy Iacofano; and her brother Michael Iacofano (JoAnn).
She is survived by: her children, John (Lori), Maureen Collins (Steve Cawley), Cathleen Collins (Rob Gannon) and Sally Collins (John O'Toole); and her grandchildren, Andrew Collins (Jeannette Casserly), Liam Collins and Connell Collins.
