He was predeceased by: his father Dennis; his sibling Tiffiny; and also Max. He is survived by: his significant other Jacqueline LeMai; his mother Linda; his sister Tanya Puhalj (Ed); his nieces, Emily, Gracie and Ava; and also, Dani, Lola, Penny and Lindy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home (28890 Chardon Rd, Willoughby Hills, OH 44092). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (6850 Mayfield Rd, Gates Mills, OH 44040).
