He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Frederick and Ruth Frederick Gates (Collins); his siblings, Gerald Frederick, Charles Frederick and Sally Frederick Dalton; and his stepfather Ed Gates.
He is survived by: his siblings, William Frederick, Thomas Frederick, Jane Frederick Bulington and Enid Frederick. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
