He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fowler and Irene Fowler (Jornt). He is survived by: his wife Jean (Keener); his stepson Bryan Campbell (Amanda); his children, Larry Fowler (Karol) and Karen Hoeft (Marlon); his grandchildren, Matt Hoeft (Colleen), Jason Fowler (Lindsay), Jeff Fowler (Sonya), Jennifer Millsaps (Rob), Sarah Fowler and Jamie Fowler (Christopher Reynolds); and his brother Doug Fowler (Barb). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
