He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Stumpf (Mullins) and Don Monds; and his children, Stevie Butler and Tiffany Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Butler; his son Brandon Pennington; his grandchildren, Sara Pennington, Hunter Pennington, Isabella Pennington, Chandler Pennington and Colton Pennington; and his siblings, Vickie Turner (Gavin), Jackie Heatherly (TJ), Sharidon Wolz (Jason) and Deuce Monds (Tracy). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
