We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2019, at the age of 70, Sharon Kelley (Williamstown, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Meeks and Mary Meeks (Campbell); her husband Bobbie Eugene Kelley; her sister Karen Marshall; and her niece April Marshall.

She is survived by: her sons, Bobbie Kelley Jr. (Lydia Dowler) of Williamstown and Brian Kelley of Parkersburg; her grandson Cody Kelley of Williamstown; and her nephew Joey Marshall of Williamstown.
