He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Pugh and Iona Dye Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lynch; his daughters, Peggy Patterson (Robert) of Melbourne, FL, Vivian Rivera of Palm Bay, FL, Deanna Estok (John) of Delaware, OH and Kittie Pugh of Melbourne, FL; and his sister Garnet McKnight of Marietta. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
